Tipping Skips are the ideal way of collecting general waste and keeping your yard and premises tidy of overspill debris.
Suitable for use with most forklifts, Self-Tip Skips make light work of collecting untidy waste from MRFs, Compost and other Waste Processing facilities.
The main features of tipping skips are:

Also called ‘density separators’ the purpose of an Air Classifier is to provide a final separation of lights and heavies in processes involving Trommel Fines from C&D Waste and Waste Glass, amongst others.
An Air Classifier will have a small screen taking out 10mm or less material from the fines screen, with this material generally being disposable at this point. The +10mm material will be processed by the Air Classifier leaving dust, paper and lights and small aggregates all split into three bays beneath the machine. In view of the high tax charges on Trommel Fines these systems generally pay for themselves within a twelve-month period.

The system is a fully adjustable cascade cleaning solution, suitable for most recycling facilities, designed to remove unwanted lightweight debris from 0-50mm dry, free flowing material. The material is fed into the ‘zigzag’ system by a rotary valve where it then has to fall into an upward flowing air stream.
Differences in particle size and shape and density cause the lighter material to be lifted by the air stream, leaving the heavier density material to discharge from the bottom under the action of gravity, providing excellent rates of separation.
