The Varistar 34M is a trailed mobile machine with a Varistar 12 Shaft Adjustable Star Screen at its heart.
Where a mobile machine is needed in sites such as Compost and Biomass operations, The Varistar 34M offers a small and manoeuvrable unit capable of up to 30 tons per hour screening capacity, with all the advantages of the Adjustable Star Screen at it’s centre.
This machine is particularly useful on sites where more than one type of material is screened, and at different sizes.
Self-powered by diesel generator, the Varistar 34M can be used away from the power source and can work in tandem with other stand-alone equipment such as a Trommel.
Oversize material is conveyed at the end by a Traversing Conveyor which is attached to the last row of stars. Fines material is collected on a conveyor beneath the Star Screen and is delivered to one side by a 5m long elevator which folds hydraulically for transport.
