Our Trommels are also suitable for Compost and Waste Wood applications where oversize material needs to be removed following the shredding process.
Our Trommels are available with a range of different barrels including square or round holes, or mesh for lighter materials. For a heavy-duty application, we offer Quad Drive which ensures that a machine will keep rotating in the case of a motor failure.
There is a Heavy-Duty Impact Section at the front of the machine to handle the infeed of large heavy material such as concrete blocks, and barrel sections are bolt-in to ensure that different sizes can be easily fitted if the sizing requirement changes.
Mounted on heavy-duty support frames, Prostar Trommels can be built onto bay walls to collect the fines, or a collection conveyor can be mounted below the machine to transport the fines into a bay or to an Air Classifier for further processing.
Drum Cleaner Brushes are available and each machine features Inverter Speed Control and an Auto Lube System.
